to congress that the decision of demolition was made unanimously by Rajgarh Municipality
which is being ruled by the BJP. The district administration also stated in his
statement that the decision to remove encroachment was taken according to the
master plan.

The bid document for construction, maintenance and operation of other works of STP in Sanjharia Village was also approves by the committee. Concessions for rent on vacant houses and other works was also confirmed under the affordable housing scheme.
